Bruno Fagali is among the young and elite lawyers in Brazil and has already proven his expertise even before career begins. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in law from Pontifical University, Sao Paulo in 2009. He went ahead to study Administrative Law for two years (2010-2012), and in 2015, he enrolled for his Master’s in State Law at the University of Sao Paulo. He graduated in 2017. In the course of his education, he volunteered to work for various organizations, and in the process amassed a great deal of knowledge that became a supporting factor in his career.
Bruno did his internship where he specialized on family law and procedural law at the Office Dom of Pulo Evaristo Arns. The knowledge acquired while working there created an opportunity for him to join Radi Calil and Associates Advocacy. Herein, he pursued litigation and public law. Bruno moved to Nova/SB in 2015 as the Corporate Integrity Manager and his work revolved around designing, managing, and implementing the compliance of the advertising agency.
After working for different organizations in Brazil, Bruno established his law firm the Fagali Advocacy, in 2016. The firm specialized in compliance law, election law, public law, and anti-corruption law. Albeit his firm is still in its formative stages, it has achieved tremendous success in handling cases. Bruno works alongside his employees who are equally dedicated in taking the firm to international levels.
One major project that Fagali Advocacy has launched is the creation of the Corporate Integrity Program meant to curb corruption in Brazilian Institutions. The program has a clear set of guidelines and contains measures to detect and solve problems related to corruption. Under the guidance of Bruno Fagali and his team, the firm finished the project after 24 months and presented it to the Ministry of Transparency. It was approved and immediately implemented in different organizations, including Fagali Advocacy. Bruno was chosen for this project owing to the many accolades he has received both locally and internationally. He continues to bring fresh and transformative ideas to the field of law.
